Amazing service! I was looking for a watch battery replacement for a higher-end watch; the mall "jewelry store" was going to be $80 and they need to send it out. Always & Forever was only $7.00 and they do it right there in about 10 minutes. However, they did NOT charge me at all. The two wonderful women said it was on the house. Who even does that anymore? They have my business from now on.
