I booked Sabrina for my wedding and regret working with her. I ordered a bridal bouquet for my bridal portraits and afterwards asked to make some changes to the flowers and asked about the freshness of them. I was hesitant to order online but after a phone call I decided to take the chance. I ordered through the Spring location. The young lady I spoke with was very cordial and helpful on the phone answering all my questions. The dozen roses were delivered the next day and mom was very pleased. Not only was it a lovely arrangement but they actually had a rose smell - most roses don’t have much scent so maybe I just got lucky. If I order flowers again in the area, I’ll definitely use this store.
If I could give this business zero stars I would. Booked with Sabrina over a year ago. Paid in full which was $4,384. Everything was going great until a month out from our wedding, our coordinator wanted us to round up all of our contracts and for them to be signed by us and the vendor. When we contacted Sabrina she informed us in her 15 years of being in business she had never signed a contract or anything. Her version of a contract was the receipt of everything we had purchased.
