Had reservation for our group for party bus for Buffett concert 5/27/18. They cancelled on us 2.5 weeks out from event via email! No effort to find alternate, very unprofessional!
Just got an email yesterday that stated “Regretfully we will be unable to provide transportation for this event. I am so sorry, and I hope that this is enough notice for you guys.” The concert is in 2.5 weeks. No explanation. I don’t recommend using this company.
Excellent service. The driver we had was very kind and courteous. The limo was clean. The kids had a blast. Thank you!
Had such a blast on our bachlerett/bachelor casino bus trip. Paul was amazing! Great company, great price!!!!
Always Elegant was a great company to work with. Great communication! Our driver Phil was a real trooper, especially for having to put up with our crew lol. Will definitely use them again.
