They are the worst transportation company ever. They are constantly late and are the rudest people I've dealt with. They treat their customers horribly and yell at them. I wish that I could give them a negative rating. Please do not use this company
A special thank you to Sue in the office for sending us such wonderful aides for my son Frank, we had Justin, Kissel and Twanna last week, they were all prompt and pleasant, we are very happy with Sue's concern for our son in sending aides she thought would be good for Frank. I wish there was an Always Dependable in Buffalo, NY, I would drop my agency in a second.
We live in Buffalo, NY and come to Florida twice a year with our disabled son, we have always had wonderful and caring people to take care of our son,they are always on time and very courteous. I can't say enough about them and i appreciate the loving care they show them.
I was leery about having a stranger in our home but that quickly subsided when Dad's caregiver started taking care of him and showed us how the home care worked She was very caring and always patient with him. It was obvious that she understood what he needed, and what I needed as well. Always Dependable has been so helpful through my Dad's illness.
We received wonderful care from loving people for my mother while she was recovering after her surgery. I would recommend Always Dependable for home care services.
