Rovi the tech came out he quickly identified the problems and showing me the broken parts and how much they would cost, he explained how these parts work in the unit, there was no pressure at any time, Rovi took his time with an attention to detail checking my entire unit. I was so impressed with the work that I decided to tell everyone about it I even joined their maintenance yearly club which is awesome. I used “Always Cool Air Conditioning”several times now. Each and every time they have been to our home they were extremely professional and very courteous,. What surprised me most is they came on New Year’s Eve, 2025 and had my heating system working perfectly. Their prices are very fair and affordable. I will never use another AC company ever.
