We have been using Always Cool for quite a few years. Unfortunately I had a company install a new A/C in 2020 that I thought was local (their salesman was - I should have realized then) and turned out to be based in Miami. I needed more work done to that new a/c because it wasn’t passing inspection but I was done working with that company (especially since they were traveling from Miami). Always Cool - can’t says anything but wonderful things about them. They bent over backwards to get our A/C replaced and were totally honest and upfront with all charges. Based on the age of our unit (circa 2005) and the cost to repair they worked with us and gave us a great price to replace. Did all the homework to get us the best possible solution and assisted with the rebate process. They came highly recommended by others in our HOA and now I know why.
