I can’t say enough great things about Always Cool! Our AC went out unexpectedly, and the owner himself came out immediately to assess the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and gave us a fair and honest price for the repair. It’s rare to find a company that values integrity and customer service as much as they do. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable, professional AC service!

We didn’t even lose power with the hurricane but my AC wouldn’t turn on. Dave called to troubleshoot everything and when it still wouldn’t turn on, he came over and rescued us! He knew immediately what was probably wrong with it based on a blown fuse and confirmed it with the outside unit. He covered the wires that were exposed, replaced what was necessary, and waited for the unit to blow cool air.
