Dave at always cool A/C is a truly five star service. His prices are fair and the company offers 24/7 no emergency charge for coming out, and means it. Twice now, Dave has come to our house to fix our A/C way after hours and on a weekend. They answer the calls and show up on time. Dave replaced a capacitor three months ago and when it failed tonight, he replaced it under warranty. He took the time to explain possible causes and possible future scenarios to prepare for. Just had Dave out at 10 pm to look at our unit which had kicked off during the day while we were out. Very nice, professional and very informative. Got her up and running again in no time. Our pets and ourselves are very grateful. Didn't try to upsell us for unneeded services. This was the second time we have used them and have been very pleased. I have recommended them to other family members who also had a great experience. Definitely our trusted go to and will be back when it's time to replace ole Bessy.
