I cannot recommend Always Construction more highly. Julian Moreno, Sr. and his crew rescued me when my Santa Fe rental house roof was leaking horribly during the rain a few weeks ago. They started the work the day after I contacted them, before I even had time to send a deposit. Julian sent me pictures of the work every step of the way. Always Construction did a good job for us. At the end of the job, there were a few loose ends. They made sure that those were fixed to our satisfaction, coming in after hours tk make those fixes. Communication was good, and they got the job done in the short time frame we needed, so our business suffered minimal disruption.
I got quotes from 5 different contractors to replace our roof. Although price is important, that is not the most important factor to me in hiring a contractor to do work for me. The products used, methods of work and communication are also very important. From the beginning, Julian Sr. showed his interest in working with us. Estimated two day job was completed in a single day despite unforseen complications (weather, 40 year old roof with issues that weren't apparent at initial investigation). Quick, easy and pleasant!
Responsive, friendly and professional. Needed help outside his service area and he gave me a referral and I appreciate it.
