Dr Kulo is so f!!!!!! slow! I never had a Dr. that makes you wait 2 1/2 hours to talk to him 5 minutes! SAD!
Called for a client to setup an appointment and the receptionist is the worst I've ever heard. She was rude and hung up on me. Also, she would not answer the phone when I called back. If they want to know why they're not getting new patients; its definitely because of the the lack of professionalism with the receptionist. As an agent, I will NEVER send any of my clients here.
This place is very unorganized & not professional by far" Doctor Nicole , is very nice , but the staff is degrading to say the last as part of any business... All ik is my pain & condition is bad & getting worse & this place hasn't given me any comfort in that area... What's the use in going to a doctor that can't ad least make you comfortable, they never fill out paperwork that has to be completed by a medical professional!!! It doesn't look like a Dr office, chairs are old and nasty, it looks like a shelter to me than a Dr place.
