I used this company through my homeowners insurance two or three years ago when my freezer started leaking. The technician came to fix the problem but the problem started up again approximately a year later. A different company was sent out and a different repair was made this time. Recently water started leaking from the freezer again and I called Always Best. Philip came over and performed work on the freezer and charged approximately $300. The same service tech has been to our home several times. He fixed our dryer and we never had any problems. So when our (3 year old) washer needed repair, we called him. We were pleased with the prompt response (he came out the same day) and he repaired the problem. About a year later, the washer needed repairing again for a different problem.
