Truly the best try on experience!! Kiaya is so wonderful and kind. She went above and beyond to help me find my dress and was so lovely to work with throughout. She also has an excellent eye and is incredibly knowledgable. I can't recommend going to Always and Forever enough. The space is lovely, the dress selection is great, and Kiaya is a literal star.
I had a wonderful experience with Always and Forever Bridal. I went to a number of other stores and found sales teams were pushy and judgemental. These ladies were the opposite. They were friendly and knowledgeable, offered their opinion without trying to push you a certain way. I picked my dress my first appointment. They let me grab a coffee nearby and think it over before deciding, i went back shortly after and ordered the dress. I just said yes to the dress at Always & Forever Bridal and had the best experience. Kiya and Asmara were both so patient and helpful, and really went above and beyond to make me feel supported. They weren't pushy and allowed me to take my time with the decision. I would certainly recommend this bridal shop.
Worst quality hair I've ever had. It sheds and tangles excessively. The hair was unknowingly dyed and when washed, black hair dye appeared all over the shower floor. It was also the complete incorrect texture. Wouldn't recommend.
Found my dream dress here and felt like a beauty all day at my wedding. The staff were helpful and got my vision. I absolutely loved my dress and still look at it happily. The staff trialled 'wings' instead of a veil which I was very happy with. I did have to pay $200 for delivery to Sydney (as it was bought on a trip) which was fine and I was aware of, but a heads up to anyone who is from interstate.
