Our gas furnace stopped working on 10/31/23. Our Home Warranty dispatched Dan from Always Affordable Air on 11/01/23 who deemed it needed replaced and would file our case the next day. The weekend goes by without any word, so we called to find out that he had a medical emergency and was just now getting our paperwork submitted to HW. We were understanding, and when we asked if we should try to get someone else to do the job, he asked us to please stick with him, and he would make things right, to which we did. Good luck getting these guys to schedule an appointment or even getting them on the phone. Called multiple times. Was able to leave a voicemail the first time and then all the times after the voicemail box was full. Ridiculous.
They were excellent help in a cold time of need.
