Called the office before opening hours and office staff very professional and passed my info to their electrician Dick. Dick and his assistant arrived within 15 minutes and not only fixed our main issue but also fixed a problem that could have caused more problems down the road. Reasonable prices considering last minute call. Would highly recommend to others
I have broken pipes needing repaired under my cabin. I called Alward’s and scheduled an appointment. They could not give me a time slot, only that they would come this “afternoon”. I drove the two hours to the cabin this morning, waited 6 hours in a house with no heat or water for no one to arrive, call, text, or email. I called to see if they were still coming and no one answered. I now have to drive back home, schedule another plumber and make the trip to and from again.
