I enjoyed my tour with Giselle. Nice property
This place is really something special! Clean, well maintained, and great staff! Giselle gave me and my partner a tour and she kind of blew us away. She answered all of our questions and her enthusiasm was contagious. Check this place out if you’re looking for a great place to live in Farmers Branch.
Absolutely one of the worst living experiences I’ve had in Dallas. Alvista Galleria Apartments looks nice at first glance, but it’s all surface-level. Management is unresponsive and difficult to deal with—good luck getting anything resolved in a timely manner. Maintenance requests take forever, and when they do show up, the work is rushed and incomplete. The building itself is poorly maintained despite the “luxury” branding. Security is a major concern. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I stayed here for several years and eventually ended up breaking my lease solely on the treatment I received. Front office staff is never there, they can never answer questions and are truly just rude. Most importantly they cannot keep up with funds appropriately causing for over charging and even sending things to collection. Team is just awful
Giselle and Evelyn have made the process extremely easy. Absolutely loved the attention to detail and the hospitality. Absolutely excited to be a resident at Alvista!
