Jon and Clayton went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem with our central unit. They are courteous, prompt, responsive,and knowledgeable in their field and actually downright entertaining to watch. Customer service is extremely important at Alvin's. I asked for a thermostat replacement, and the service technician was extremely proficient and polite. After the installation, he walked me through the programming and explained the process. I will definitely use them for all my future heating and cool needs.
