The absolute perfect river to teach any age how to canoe, kayak and how to enjoy and appreciate the pure beauty of nature. So quiet and peaceful. We saw ducklings, painted turtles, fish, beaver or muscrat and the largest snapping turtle I've ever seen. We saw the very friendly neighbors dog standing on the dock as we floated by with tail wagging as if saying Hi. Adults and kids loved the 2 hr. trip. We will be back. The owners/sisters are friendly and kind.
