We had an amazing time celebrating a milestone birthday at the Jazzy Brunch! The ambience and food was great but I especially enjoyed the exceptional service proved by Janea and the team. They really went the extra mile to mark the occasion.
The food was just okay but music, atmosphere and drinks are awesome!
Came at 7:33pm. At 7:49pm I asked if we have a server at our table as we only got water when we came in. When I booked I mentioned Silver wedding anniversary and when we got the water we were asked if we celebrate something special which we said yes 25 years from our wedding. To wait over 15 minutes to order drinks it’s a bit way too much. The service is bad! Checking in, there was nobody to greet us till the guy from the bar saw us and then he greeted us and walked us in. Poor service.
