This was my first time seeing Alvin Tan MD very knowledgeable what I love about him he gives you the opportunity to speak then he will answer your question ,also had a pleasure meeting Ms Erica was very helpful and very knowledgeable and also called on the phone spoken with Ms Kauline she was very helpful and so nice to time out and explain everything to me step by step I was very pleased with my service on 01/26/2024 I will always referral friend's to this Doctor and his team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
He is our PCP both my husband and me as well. Eventhough his clinic is very far from us we would drive there to be checked. He is very smart and pleasant and listens to our health concerns. He gives me recommendations for doctors that I needed to see ex. OBGYNE and the referred OB is also awesome! Now, that he is practicing his special area as a nephrologist I am still going to schedule there because I am very confident that he can manage my health appropriately!
My wife and I have been visiting Dr. Alvan Tan since we moved to Katy. He is the best and nicest medical professional! He is my PCP and my wife’s PCP too. He always smile, talk gently, and take good care of our health. I am 78 years old City of Houston government retiree and enjoyed being protected by Kelsey Clinic since 1996. I wish they could open more clinics in Austin too, because my son asked us to move to Austin to join him. However, we are still considering because it is so difficult to find another Dr Tan in Austin.
Just ridiculous! He isn't kind at all. But his terrible bedside manner is the least of it. My 19 year old daughter made a regular check up visit so she could continue her birth control. He says he's not renewing it until she sees a gynecologist for a pap so he referred her to a doctor who's office says they don't even perform paps to someone who is 19. How did Dr Tan not know this?! My daughter waited 6 weeks for this appt. What a waste! Needless to say we won't be ever using him again.
Dr. Tan is awesome.
