This doctor referred one of his patients to our practice to be seen by one of our podiatrist. Unfortunately the patients appointment had to be cancelled due to this doctor not sending us the proper documentation for her insurance to cover her visit. When the patient showed up for her cancelled appointment to show us via cell phone the authorization, the status showed cancelled.
