Completely disappointed. They’ve been horrible at returning phone calls to start and do things correctly. I called to have my ex-husband removed off my policy with his vehicle so he could have his own policy with them. I thought they would assume that his vehicle would still need to be insured but clearly they didn’t do their job correctly so he has had a lapse in coverage for months now. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. I've been dealing with Danielle in the office and can't get a call from Alvin Keels for an issue that's been ongoing since July 2023 and is still going on today. I have escalated my concerns but want to warn you that once they make a mistake, it's a nightmare trying to get it corrected and I'm on the verge of losing my license and registration privileges from DMV. Find another office for certain!!
