The BEST DOCTOR AROUND! Dr. Berlot saved my husband's life. He is the most amazing, caring and genuine doctor you will ever find. He takes the time to really listen to you and if you need a specialist, he knows all the best ones. My whole family see Dr. Berlot and we all agree, he's the BEST!
Very good Dr but this office is one of the absolute worst in the area. I was feeling ill so I scheduled an E-visit last month. My symptoms began to get worse so I opted to go see a different Dr but went into the app and cancelled my appointment with Dr Berlot. Somehow, my appointment did not get cancelled on their end and the Dr went in and put notes on the appt saying he spoke to me, which never happened and I was charged for the visit. Dr. Berlot is knowledgeable, thorough, interested in your life, and he is kind. Me and my family have been regular patients for over 3 years and I would highly recommend him.
The BEST doctor! Super friendly and kind. Always takes all concerns seriously and with compassion.
My mother and I have been trying to get in touch with Dr. Berlot for weeks in regard to my father's medical records and his cause of death. I have been getting the run around from him and his staff. He denied my mother's request for a print out of my father's last doctor's visit with him, which is a HIPPA violation. He has also refused to talk with either one of us, he has his nursing staff return our calls and not answer any of our questions.
