I needed a pane of glass cut on short notice for a window that got broken at my house. The gentleman who helped me took the time to come back to the shop to cut the glass for me and gave me a good price as well. Very satisfied with the service.
I called about having a windshield replaced on my Truck. The employee who answered the phone said she was new and had to call her boss for a quote, I gave my phone number and she called back an hour or two later. Price seemed somewhate high, so I just asked for a price for the windshield by itself and I would install myself. Of course she couldn't give me a price, had to call her boss again. This time she never called back, I guess they make too much money and don't need my business.
