Do not ever call ems in Alvin. I was level 10 pain this past weekend and still am. The pain was so great I couldn't walk to my car to go to the hospital. Tell me why it took them almost an hr to respond to the car, even sending an officer first when I clearly needed an ambulance. They get there the lady in back clearly didn't know how to start an ig and blammed it on me moving. They take me to an urgent care instead of a hospital where they leave me in a room for 4 hours and then dumped me out after 1 scan. I beg whoever is ... read more

Alvin police is rude .They even post to be wearing that uniform. Races. I was obeying my rights got pulled over for no reason and towed my car away I told I wanted speak to a supervisor. Mexican and black. Watch out!!! Just because my skin color or car i was driving ! Never drive Thier no more!!!
Had a City of Alvin ambulance pull our right in front of me on my motorcycle and stop. Blocking both lanes leaving me no place to. This happened in front of memorial Herman. He was not one a call, just returning to the station. I had to lock thr brakes on my bike and skid to the left I'm an effort to avoid hitting him. Broadside. Stopped a FOOT short. Feb. 15, 2022 I called Alvin EMS at 1 a.m. I told my condition & blood pressure to the person on the phone. As they put an ambulance unroute I spoke to someone who helped me understand what to do. The crew arrived and we quickly found I was having a heart attack. Personnel was continually checking vitals, etc. and communicating with the hospital while administering meds. We were met by a trauma team who was able to stabilize my condition. I am very thankful for our EMS first responders who kept my condition from escalating. ... read more
