5 stars for Dr A.Ko. I was had an anxiety attack due to lack of sleep from nosebleedshad gone to an ENT The staff was very friendly and Dr. Ko and his resident were so throughly professional and calmed me down.They had a great sense of humor with my cheesey humor. They explained everything to me before,during and after my cauterized nasal procedure. I went to Dr. Garlapaty in Southgate and, they knew who.he was. I highly recommend Dr. Ko, he treats you very kindly, and listens well, and informs you of what needs to be done, and makes you feel less anxious while working on you.
Great physician. Takes his time to explain everything. He is by far the most communicable doctor with active listening skills, talks confidently with emphasis on the specific patients needs. His style of patient care should be taught in medical schools. Really knowledgable in his field.
