Sitting in the waiting room listening to two workers at the Alverno desk swearing, complaining about their jobs and discussing the games they are playing on their phones. Extremely unprofessional and offensive given the vulgar language and seeming lack of concern for those of us in the waiting room.
Very disorganized and often short on staff to perform lab duties. If staff is assisting in the clinic areas, you may wait 45-90 minutes for items, such as a blood draw.
Friendly, quick, very positive experience.
I arrived at opening of 7:30 and was on my way home at 7:40. Professional and friendly.
They are slow and need to improve their process. Kept me waiting for 45 minutes just to tell me they don't have my lab order. There were only a few people ahead of me so the wait should not have been that long. In 45 minutes I only saw 3-4 patients go in or out. Meanwhile the waiting room was filling up.
