Front desk receptionist Layla was very kind and helpful, smile on her face. The process went smoothly as I had a bunch of labs to get done. Would recommend
After waiting an hour, it took 2 people a total of 6 times and still weren't able to get my labs drawn. I tried this place as my insurance told me it would be more affordable than a hospital/clinic location. Wont be back
I went there on Saturday morning for a blood test. There were no other patients in the office the entire time, yet I still waited almost 30 minutes before being called. The three women at the front desk — including the phlebotomist — spent most of that time talking about personal matters instead of attending to patients. Got here at 8 AM Saturday for a blood draw, was number 5 in line, was out by 8:30
