The lab is hidden and there is no large sign to identify it, so you’re left driving around. There is no direct number to the office to call for guidance, only an 1-800 number that put me on hold for a very long time. In fact, I ended up hanging up and entering a random building, where I found it. They say they only take walk-ins for blood work, yet the main door says “Do not enter if you don’t have an appointment.” So again, I was confused.
