The office setting is a bit chaotic. The reception desk was playing loud music and the person at the desk had an uncaring attitude. No eye contact and felt like people checking in were an annoyance. Thankfully my phlebotomist was friendly and got my lab work done smoothly. Honestly would pick a different lab next time.
This place is completely incompetent and lazy! Unbelievably how slow and lack of urgency to get anything done! Place should be closed!
Staff is rude and unprofessional, if you can go to another lab please do. Waited over an hour because a member “forgot” to put me in, never apologized on the contrary she was rude & condescending.
Unprofessional snd rude!! If you dont want to work, dont come. Customer service means being kind, polite, respectful, and the list can go on. If your hours are from 630am to 5pm be prepared to be there. Rachel you need an attitude adjustment and I will be filing a grievance against you and your lack of professionalism. Grown woman stumping ba a patient walked in. Without patients you would have no job. Humble yourself and Alverno needs to check in on their staff. Horrible
Every time I go in, I have a positive experience. The staff has always been friendly with me and are usually able to draw my blood in 1 stick while other places struggle. Today I went in for my son and he was extremely nervous from a bad experience elsewhere. The phlobotomist went to grab someone for help when she noticed and the extra person was great. She kept him busy by asking him questions and the other person was able to get the blood drawn quickly and effortlessly.
