Staff very professional and courteous. Medical Technician Jackie was kind,patient, courteous & informative while administering procedure.
Two hours for a blood draw. I could have done it myself and dropped it off. If you need two hours to enter my test and draw the blood, you need to review your process.
I usually go to the lab on Calumet Avenue, when I made it there they were closed for the day. I was told about this lab and I didn’t think I would make it in time because of traffic. Made it there about 3:40, 20 minutes before they closed and I was worried I would keep them from getting out in time. But nobody said anything about that. Very nice staff. Ruby was an absolute gem did not even feel the draw. And no bruising the next day. I’m gonna go there for now on.
