They couldn't have done anything better. There were three people in front of me and despite that I only waited 10 minutes for a blood draw. I'm bad with needles, and the tech did a fantastic job doing the draw very quickly with a single stick. The results were posted to their website about 30 hours later for easy viewing. They offer a 20% discount on any outstanding balance if it is paid within 10 days of the bill being sent.
Debbie/Deb is not well versed in companys policies, I was given misinformation & staff & site manager were not very helpful. After calling & speaking to another representative & their supervisor they were able to inform me that I COULD bring my sibling in for blood work with written consent from their parent & a copy of parents ID. Staff/manager at this location could have given us that option instead of turning us away.
I'm not waiting for a blood test. If I can't be taken a few minutes after I walk in. Then I know going to the hospital is faster. The doctor will get the results at either location
This lab is fantastic. The people are well trained and professional. We got results back in record time. This is my lab of choice always.
The staff members have the personality of a puddle of prunes. I think they are having a contest to see who can be the most surly. I'm nice and friendly and nobody cracked a smile to me or any other patient any of the 3 times I've gone there. They are competent. Yes. Great. Got the blood. But if you don't want to deal with the public, go work in a lighthouse..
