Their services are great and usually quick but the atmosphere and attitude of most the women at check in is awful. They are not welcoming at all.
It be nice if you would stay open till 6 PM one night a week, some of us don't have bankers hpurs.
It's like doing business with the Federal Gov''t. Can't get a simple question answered. Another business that depends on an answering machine rather than a live person. Call the number on the website and you are routed somewhere else. I guess I will have to use Quest Laboratory.
Went in without an appointment about a half hour before they close for lunch. Was quickly called back and taken care of. I had ALOT of requests that required a lot of blood and nearly passed out. Tina was SO kind and stayed with me and kept me alert through the entire process. Will be requesting for my labs to be drawn through this location again in the future!
