Niya does a good job with drawing blood. She was very nice and patient with me. She showed good customer service

Wonderful people who took great care of me with little to no wait time. Keristan helped problem solve an issue with my lab order and ensured I had everything I needed.
Me and my boyfriend have had MANY negative experiences with the staff. Unnecessary rudeness and shortness, especially when explaining procedures, even with another customer service worker like myself. Long waits. Most recently I was *asked* to leave a positive review by a female staff member after being snapped at because of a mistake in the forms my pcp gave me to deliver…. If I knew how to do her job, i wouldn’t be here! Why on earth do they think I know how things are supposed to happen at a laboratory???
