unpleasant attention, inept and rude staff
La peor atención en laboratorios. Las personas que colocan a trabajar allí no tienen el más mínimo de delicadeza con los pacientes. Parecen unos robots que solo les interesa la tarjeta de tu seguro!!!
Sketchy and unclean. Staff refuse to check if services are covered by insurance and refuse to disclose the cost of the services in case they are not. All costs for services must be disclosed if requested according to the Healthcare Price Transparency Act. Take your orders to a reputable company. Avoid at all costs.
Bad experience. I asked 3 times if they pulled blood for all my tests. Once at the front desk to make sure the entered them correctly and twice in the back since I didnt see them pull the correct tubes (only a yellow top, when they needed a marble, yellow and purple). Again they assured me they have. I waited THREE weeks for ROUTINE lab results, to finely only get one titer result. When I called they had not ordered or collected blood for any of my other tests.
