I was worried that blood was not drawn for some of the tests listed on the requisition, because I didn’t receive all test results. Laura, who answered the phone, was reassuring, and she read all the tests ordered right off the computer.
I over paid them $258 because they billed me when I had insurance, insurance said for them to submit the claims & I'm expecting a refund, instead I get another bill, im talking to what's suppose to be one of the billing managers & she can't tell me why & not only that, once I said I'm making a complaint about this she wouldn't give me her name, she said call her D, I asked again and she said all you need is D, I didn't say that when they asked for my name at the beginning of the call
I was in and out in 10 mins, with no appointment. They did what they were supposed to, which is why they have only a total of 7 reviews (like 1 bad review per year). Imagine how many people they saw compared to the 1 or 2 people who found it necessary to leave a bad review per year. Leaving 5 stars for clean, quick, friendly service.
Confused as to why they have such bad reviews. Called and scheduled my appointment. Went in for my 3 hr glucose and everyone was friendly,got all the bloodwork done and received my results within an hour later,now just waitin on my doctor to discuss them with. Nothing but a easy and positive experience😊
Horrible , no answer and they took blood out and then told my doctor they didn't had any work on me . So I need to go again??????????? Why are you guys so in-responsible
