They were okay. I was 5th in line and it took 30 minutes to be seen. My doctor at Franciscan begged me to use their lab for his ease. I did find it pretty inconvenient that I couldn't make an appointment, like you can at Quest or LabCorp. I had to request time off of work, since their operating hours are during the business day, with an unknown return time due to not knowing when I would be seen. Walked into the lab 5 minutes after they opened and 2 hours and 45 minutes later I’m still waiting for testing. I was told by their very snippy front desk (after already waiting an hour) that she and her supervisor are unsure if they provide some of the labs needed. It’s inexcusable that even after an hour and 45 minutes of being told it was being looked up there is still no answer. I would give 0 stars if there was an option.
They were able to process me quickly, but they had problems discovering what the doctor had scripted.
This 2 person (1 behind the desk, 1 drawing blood) operation leaving everyone with a 79,356 min wait time is absolutely ABSURD. I literally came to drop off a urine sample and still had to wait behind EVERY SINGLE BLOOD DRAW person when I'm pretty sure the person behind the front desk could have helped out with that. Franciscan NEEDS TO DO BETTER with hiring a better outside source for LAB
90 minute wait for blood work, never coming back. Very disappointed. I own a business and don’t it lightly to give a poor review. Turns out I should have looked at previous reviews. This is ridiculous!
