I dealt with the supervisor at the Chesterton Lab today. She was amazing and caring and she did above and beyond today. My bloodwork orders were done wrong by my doctor. She got it done so that I could have my bloodwork done while I waited. And not on another day. I felt like I made a good friend!
Refused to handle workers comp insurance
Everytime I have been to this Alverno there has been a 30+ min wait. Today, I got there at 7:30 and no one showed up for 45 mins. Curtains closed and the closed sign was up. I eventually left and went to another Alverno facility to wait another 30+ mins. I hope their leadership starts seeing how understaff they are and they gets these phlebotomist some help!
I've had great experiences from Alverno labs in various locations for years. I really appreciate being able to run in on my lunch break for blood draws. My lab work was in MyChart the next morning and I actually had time to review my results before the doctor did. Great service!
