I wish I got the name of the woman that did my blood today 9/16/25 10:15am. Advised I usually have to get drawn through my hand . She got me first poke IN MY ARM! Best experience I’ve had. I probably got lucky and only waited 10mins. I had a great experience
Decided to try this lab for routine blood work. Giant mistake. Was “greeted” and told I’d be waiting a “long time”. Lobby filled with people needing lab work. Never seen such a wait for lab services. I left, won’t return,
Arrived at 7:18am. Sign in #2. 8:30am just now asked for insurance card and order info. Still waiting to be called back to room. Blood work and urine tests should not take this long.
I go to this lab ALOT! THE PHLEBOTOMISTS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY. They are very good at what they do. I just want others to know that! Thanks Ann m
I dealt with the supervisor at the Chesterton Lab today. She was amazing and caring and she did above and beyond today. My bloodwork orders were done wrong by my doctor. She got it done so that I could have my bloodwork done while I waited. And not on another day. I felt like I made a good friend!
