Staff is great but their policy that you have to have your physical insurance card every single visit is insane. It's 2026. They should be able to scan it in once a year like everyone else. We stopped by on the way home from work for much needed tests and the nurse has to jump through hoops apparently because I don't have my card. We've been here 5 times in the last few months. Update your systems and policies!
