No. I was seeing this dr. Thought that I was getting good service. Well. Was that a mistake. Last year. I saw him an he came up with suggestions of surgery for my epilepsy, an when I refused then we added more medication. My next visit. Was just a basic visit refils an ill see you in a year. The following week I recieved a letter that he was no longer in the state an no longer going to be serving in the state. So I went an found another dr. Whom has done wonder.
Never Again. He interrupts, he goes off on tangents. He explains nothing. His diagnosis is vague at best. I was there for over 4 hours. When I asked a nurse how much longer I was scolded. She told me how hard he works and he rarely takes a lunch. He ridiculed and belittled my previous doctor. Also mocked me for not bring my son to him for seizures, even said “Why would you not bring him to me? I specialize and am The BEST doctor for treating seizures” One of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever met.
My husband was referred to Dr. Gutierrez for a nerve conduction study following a broken fibula. Dr. Gutierrez is an excellent doctor who provides fantastic care to his patients. He has an excellent bedside manner, was very prompt and thorough, and took the time to listen to and address our concerns. He even took the time to communicate with our 7 year old son and explain things to him. We would highly recommend Dr. Gutierrez and his staff.
Dr. Gutierrez is wonderful doctor which help my problem with good and detail instruction. I learn how to deal with my issue after visit him, he is a nice and caring doctor.
I have been in healthcare for over 30 years. I have never experienced such abrasive behavior from a physician toward patients as Him. His listening skills are terrible. He cannot articulate treatment plans to his patients. He wants to give meds and does not really care about finding the root cause. Attaches unfounded diagnoses without inclusive findings. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Gutierrez is wonderfully thorough and has given me hope where I had none. I am obtaining a second opinion from him and after just one visit, he has already pinpointed possible causes for the issues that have been destroying my life. My previous neurologist denied the possibility of an organic cause and passed me off to another doctor. Dr. Gutierrez is no frills or fluff, just raw and to the point. Don't expect sugar-coating or being able to manipulate him. He's amazing.

Very accommodating staff worked my wife in promptly, due to our concern. Dr. Gutierrez took plenty of time to thoroughly evaluate her condition and make very helpful recommendations. Modern care delivered in an old-school, caring manner.
Dr. Gutierrez is a great neurologist. He has a very kind bedside manner. He really takes time with his patients. I have been his patient for about 2 years and I can't say enough good things about him. I started going there for migraines and he has been very helpful. He takes the time to educate you on what is going on with your body and how you can improve your symptoms. He is very thorough about medications and his staff is top of the class.
