One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a physician. Dr. Navarro was dismissive, condescending, and at times outright rude. I have been a Penn Medicine patient for decades and have never felt this uncomfortable or disrespected during an appointment. I waited weeks for this visit hoping for answers, and instead left no closer to understanding what is causing my symptoms.
