I had the painful experience of dealing with Miss Alvarez. My divorce case was a fairly simple division of assets. After spending entirely too much money and having very little results, I hired a different firm in Jacksonville and it was settled within a month. Definitely will not recommend this attorney.
The Best of the Best.
You get what you pay for. I used Mrs. Alvarez and she was wonderful. I paid around $11,000, but she was worth every penny.
Alexa wants to win. She's aggressive while maintaining professionalism. She is also incredibly aggressive regarding collecting her fees. I had to re-up on the $3500 retainer twice and the office CALLS and EMAILS EVERY SINGLE DAY until they get MONEY. They even called MY OFFICE after they didn't catch me by cell! In both cases, I had a credit of over $600. So, if you want to win and you have lots of money to spend, I recommend Alexa Alvarez.
