Mr. Alvarez did an inspection on my transmission, at no cost, and determined that it was an electrical issue. He made an appointment for me with a technician he trusted. Issue was squirrels chewing through wires. Fixed in no time at a very reasonable price. Mr. Alvarez could of told us we needed a new transmission and we would of never known any better.
