Excellent Dr, NP, Ilse Villegas, and staff. Lori and Jasmin are kind , professional, knowledgeable and attentive to the patients needs. They answer the phones promptly and always return calls in a timely manner. Marco and Aaron are professional and always willing to help. Thank you for the excellent service!
Terrible customer service. I have been a patient for several years and I have never had issues receiving supplies until now. It has been over 9 months since receiving my last supplies. The eastside office has given me the run around supplies. They have not been helpful at all! I would not recommend Dr. Sergio Alvarez’s office.
