The Best Anybody that claims that Raul & Alvarez Sealcoating is anything but the best must not have given him much of a chance. He does his level best to ensure satisfaction with their service. Our subdivision keeps coming back to Alvarez - their service and professionalism are simply unbeatable.

Used to be good, won't waste my time anymore since his business grew I used Raul Alvarez a few times in the past when business was slow and the work was great. Now that his business grew, he doesn't return calls, does not come out to appointments and when you tell him you want things done a certain way, he pushes another way that that is faster but not as good. I won't be using his service anymore. Its one of those stories where he grew his business and forgot where he came from.

review Last year Raul Alvarez and his team did my commercial parking lot behind my restaurant. I was very happy with the outcome and the overall service as well their nice guys, I plan to stick to Alvarez Seal Coating for a long time Thank you Raul!
