I feel completely taken advantage of on a transmission repair. I was quoted over $6,000 because my truck was barely drivable. I asked the shop to hold off so I could research, and quickly found that three other transmission shops quoted me under $3,800 for a remanufactured transmission with all new parts and a 3-year warranty. Despite that, I was still charged $200 just for pulling the pan off for inspection. The transmission shop I eventually took it to only charged $135 for a complete inspection. Nothing but the best mechanic in town, hands down! Alvarez, the owner treats EVERYONE like family, the mechanics not only explain to you but they show you what is wrong with your car! Don't listen to negative comments that you see on here, if you really need a good and honest mechanic, come here and see for yourself ! 😊
This mechanic shop is the worst especially for colored people the minute they get your money they speak to you like dirt no respect and no compassion and to make it worse they botch the job then they want you to pay again for something they didn't fix in the first place. Black People do not go here they are absolutely racist .
