My ex-wife and I spoke to Dr Alvarez during the pandemic via Zoom to discuss a situation with our six-year-old daughter. I contacted her for a follow-up 6 months later then again one year later and received absolutely no kind of response whatsoever. I find this very unprofessional. Having grown up the son of a doctor I can't imagine that he or any of his colleagues would ever treat a client this way
