This law firm is unprofessional, has poor communication skills, automated systems, rude representatives, and they do lazy work. You’ll be better off fighting the case yourself. They don’t check in, will not reassure you, will not communicate the steps of the process, and will ignore every message you send to them inquiring about the case.
