I love Dr. Alverez and she has been my doctor for years! She has seen my children since they were little and they are now adults. My insurance has changed and I am truly sad. If it changes back i will return . I trust her and her staff.

Dr. Alvarez has been my Primary Care Doc for almost 2 years. She is thorough, and makes sure I get the treatments and medications I need. She will advocate with insurance, and other providers. She is VERY knowledgeable, and seems to have 'seen it all'. She always knows what to do when I have a problem, and she goes above and beyond if I have an emergency!

Dr. Alvarez had been my doctor since I was a teenager. I am now in my 50's. I trust her to the fullest. She is very compassionate in listens. Due to my insurance change I am no longer with her, but if my insurance changes I will definitely be back.

Dr. Alvarez is a good as they come! She truly cares about you as a person 1st/then patient! She’s very thorough & down to earth! I enjoy my visits with Dr. Alvarez and truly trust her! She’s a professional that listens to her patients!

Dr. Alvarez has always been there for my needs as well as my family. Very thorough with explaining any health issues. She goes above and beyond to find answers to issues you may be having. Im never there more than 20 minutes and only seen her mad once in the 7 years, I have been seeing her. Why because the temp nurse scheduled me an appointment the next day when she should have discussed it with the Dr,. I get bronchitis fast and she was upset she waited until the next day to be seen, by her.

She should not be in practice. She wrote my husband the wrong prescription 4 times! In the span of 24 hours! She doesn’t keep track of drug interactions nor what or whom she’s prescribing to. She will bill your insurance for things she’s never ordered (received a lab bill for $750, never had labs!) She also mailed protected health information of mine to someone other than myself. When confronted she terminated me as a patient. I had already switched doctors prior to that, but she is clueless

This doctor is a joke! I have been trying to get my medication from her but she's not calling the right number to my insurance. I have been at it for 6 days and nothing! When I call her office the jerk who is her supposed nurse is rude and VERY unprofessional!!! They are avoiding my calls and when I do get through to him, he tells me "she is not happy" and copes an attitude! Trust me people... FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTORS OFFICE!!!

Dr. Alvarez is incompetent and doesn't have the experience necessary to prescribe medication to her patients. She is also rude and will yell at you on the phone and hang up on you without giving you a chance to even respond. She is a pill shop doctor and a bad one at that. She tried to prescribe a medication to me that had side affects that would likely have killed me if I had taken them. Thank goodness I did my own research and refused to take the medication. She is rude to the pharmacy staff.

Dr. Alvarez is a very caring and competent doctor. When I go in for my appointments I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. I always have a list of things to discuss with her regarding my health. She answers every question.
