I give this lawyer a 0! DO NOT HIRE FRANK or Ralph E. ALVAREZ: I pled "not guilty" for the first time in my life on a bogus "failure to stop at a stop sign" ticket. I hired Frank Alvarez and paid $85. My first two court dates were rescheduled by the court, I was told by someone in his office. For the second rescheduling of my court date, the employee at Frank Alvarez could not tell me the new date. Ridiculous! They claimed that they had sent me a notice in the mail twice, but there was never a notice received. So, they lied.... read more
