This company went above and beyond when Earnhardt Toyota refused to warranty their faulty transmission. The owner even went to bat for us with Toyota. We picked up our Highlander after hours and just now my husband showed me the receipt. Alvarez Auto decided to buy our transmission for us after fighting with Toyota for months. I am almost in tears with how much Alvarez Auto did for us. I wish we lived closer and could give them our vehicle repair business in the future to repay them for how they have blessed us. Well using Alvarez towing services wasn't exactly something I wanted to do but leaving my broke down semi in walmarts parking lot while i was getting parts for it in phx, Walmart sorta volunteered there services to me, but they were polite when I contacted them and after explaining my situation they were flexible and personable and offered me a discount on my invoice (which in my experience is basically unheard of in the towing industry). So thanks guys.
