Well using Alvarez towing services wasn't exactly something I wanted to do but leaving my broke down semi in walmarts parking lot while i was getting parts for it in phx, Walmart sorta volunteered there services to me, but they were polite when I contacted them and after explaining my situation they were flexible and personable and offered me a discount on my invoice (which in my experience is basically unheard of in the towing industry). So thanks guys.
