Bought a van from him I can’t be happier love my new car I will come back when I need work done for sure
I asked for a transmission for an old Ford ranger. They let it sit for 90 days until I told them I'd find the part myself and it was quickly replaced. Upon smog a few days later I lost 3rd gear. Under a year warranty the truck has been sitting over 9 months waiting for a replacement tranny. I picked up truck today. Had different license plates on it and no repair done. Will be filing a report and suit.
Worst Repair Experience of My Life. I paid Alvarez $1,100 for a rack and pinion repair. When I picked up my car, the steering wheel was tilted 45 degrees off-center, and the steering had noticeable play. Two different professional alignment shops confirmed the rack was installed incorrectly and unsafely. I had to pay a second shop $394 to correct Alvarez's faulty installation (re-center the rack and tighten several loose bolts/lines). A week later, the rack failed completely while driving. Gave em chance after chance ...di urself a favor ,spend the extra 500 bucks at more professional shop for AC all around .......spent 950 on AC there and left truck 3 times there ...nothing but a hassle and runaround and still no cold Air ...usually don't do this but hey do the job right or don't do it at all....IL take my vehicles elsewhere from now on .....be more professional we all work for our money ....bogus....
