I drove from two hours away and part of the bottom of my car started scraping along the road. Not being familiar with the area, I Went to Firestone down the street first. I asked if someone could look at it and possibly screw the piece back in for me, but they did not even bother to try to help. Did not even walk outside to look at the car!
