We were told by multiple other physicians that it was their opinion that my son was misdiagnosed by Dr. Alvarez with ankylosing spondylitis. Dr. Alvarez put him on three different medications, none of which helped an even a bit, and that says a lot. When I contacted them, no one called me back. It took four more phone calls for someone to return ours. If you're looking for a doctor don't bother with this office. Even with my doctor's referral they refuse to call back.
Staff never returns messages, nor responds to referrals made by other physicians. These conditions are chacterized by constant pain and the inability to have a normal life...you'd think there would be more compassion. I've waited over 3 weeks for a call back and my doctors office has even reached out. No luck getting a call back.
Never checked my bloodwork properly when I was on Enbryl. Now I have kidney problems.I asked for previous records of blood work that they could never produce. I went for my DOT physical and a Doctor of chiropractic discovered my blood work being so far off. Thank goodness I went for my DOT physical.Choose a different Doctor !
