To be honest I never hired Alvarado's Painting or Raul yet. I am the managing broker and the owner of Varo Real Estate in Chicago and have helped Raul and his brother buy 2 fixer uppers. After they bought the houses and fixed them up, they invited me over to view the houses again. I have to say they have done an extremely amazing job with the houses!
