Pam was so helpful in ordering parts for my Honda EU2000i generator, even though I only needed screws. Many places would not want to bother with something so small. I was going to order the screws online, but called Alvarado Marine first. Pam was able to get them faster and cheaper. Plus, she gave us a floating keychain. Nice family-run business that I highly recommend.
